- All remaining open gyms will be from 4-5:30 p.m. on Sunday evenings. There will be no open gym on Superbowl Sunday, and the last open gym will be February 22.
- Due to space availability, there will be a change in our conditioning schedule. Please pay attention to the following dates: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for the next two weeks (1/12, 1/13, 1/14, and 1/20 and 1/22) we will only be doing conditioning as a group if we are able to go outside. We will go outside if the temperature is above 30 and there is no ice or snow on the ground. There will be a sign outside room 207 after 5th hour each of these days indicating whether or not we will meet. There is no indoor space during these dates which will accommodate our needs.
- Each Tuesday and Thursday from 1/27 through 2/26 we will definitely meet. Although we will have indoor space during these times, our first option will always be to go outside. Please bring the appropriate clothing for both indoors and outdoors.
- Conditioning and open gyms are optional, but are provided as an opportunity for interaction and physical conditioning. Attendance is encouraged, but showing up for tryouts in shape is the top priority, whether you work out on your own or with the group. Ideally, you should be working out 5 days per week, so these sessions should supplement your individual efforts.
